When I was in grade school, my family would regularly gift me classical compact discs (CDs) for Christmas and other holidays. Out of all these CDs, Antonio Vivaldi's The Four Seasons stood the test of time. I wasn't picky about which of the four season movements I loved the most; I only remember loving the idea that the violin concerti evoked beautiful scenic pictures. "Spring" was obviously a true classic and the most recognizable as a child, but It wasn't until my post-college years that I would develop a personal taste for "Winter" and "Summer".
